DSR Program Guidelines
LEVEL I
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience
- Complete Allied Air product and process training assigned by lead DSR*
- Maintain an active and up-to-date DSR Portal profile
- Attend one virtual onboarding session within the first year

LEVEL II
Requirements
- Hold CFC Type II certification or higher
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC technical experience
- Complete Allied Air Assessment Test
- Complete Allied Air product and process training assigned by lead DSR*
- Maintain an active and up-to-date DSR Portal profile
To be considered for promotion to Level III:
- Training must be registered in the DSR Portal
- Attend one in-person onboarding session

- Eligible to attend DSR onboarding and the DSR Technical Training Conference with 100% co-op reimbursement
LEVEL III
Requirements
- Hold CFC Type II certification or higher, Red Seal Refrigeration certification, or Journeyman status
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC technical experience
- Complete Allied Air Assessment Test
- Complete 8 hours of HVAC industry training annually (upload certificates to the DSR Portal)
- Train at least 60 individuals annually, including a minimum of 40 technicians
- Training must be registered in the DSR Portal
- Attend at least one DSR Conference every two years
- Maintain an active and up-to-date DSR Portal profile
To be considered for promotion to Level IV
- Attend one in-person DSR onboarding session
- Minimum one year at Level III
- Approved by Allied Technical Services and DSR Advisory Panel
Benefits

- Up to $2,000 annually in co-op funding for training labs and materials (contingent on requirements and pre-approval)
- Priority registration for the DSR Technical Training Conference
- Invitation to participate in Allied Air Service Flash meetings
- Eligible for Equipment Replacement Concessions
LEVEL IV
Requirements
- Hold CFC Type II certification or higher, Red Seal Refrigeration certification, or Journeyman status
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC technical experience
- Complete Allied Air Assessment Test
- Complete 8 hours of HVAC industry training annually (upload certificates to the DSR Portal)
- Train at least 90 individuals annually, including a minimum of 60 technicians
- Training must be registered in the DSR Portal
- Attend at least one DSR Conference every two years
- Maintain an active and up-to-date DSR Portal profile
- Mandatory participation in monthly Service Flash meetings

*Lead DSRs are designated by distributor leadership upon Allied’s request.
